Vitor Baptista is the fourth addition to RP Motorsport’s lineup for the 2015 Euroformula Open season.
Baptista, 16, will make his European debut with the Italian team this year after taking part in a couple of tests over the winter.
The Brazilian, who was seventh in the CIK-FIA KF3 World Cup in 2012, graduated to single-seaters last year to take part in the inaugural season of F3 Brasil.
He went on to dominate Class B of the series, taking thirteen victories in his category on his way to the title. On three occasions, he took his F301 to an overall first place, beating a whole field of F309s.
Baptista will race alongside Andres Saravia, Damiano Fioravanti and Igor Walilko in an attempt to help RP to the teams’ title for a fourth time in a row. He is the ninth addition to the 2015 grid overall.
